She is qualified in Non-directive Therapy (Heidelberg), Systemic Organizational Development (Vienna), System Dynamics and Leadership for Collective Intelligence (Boston) as well as Organizational Cultural Diagnostic (Cologne).

She is the founder of c³ transform. Her main cooperation partners are Dr. Ulrich Althauser and Human Synergistics InterConnext GmbH.
